Residential Services: Three county coverage, Suffolk, Norfolk and Middlesex, with multi-discipline appraisal staff. FHA, VA, REO, conventional, and high end Multi-Million dollar estates.

Commercial Fees: All Commercial projects are bid individually based on scope of work and reporting requirements.  Send us a request by email with property addresses or property descriptions and general locations and we can produce a written bid document explaining the scope and reporting requirements recommended for your specific project.

Residential Fees:    You will find the fees that we charge are very competitive for the menu of services that we offer, and we know of no other local appraisal firm that advertises their rates.
